super quick question

Just put the video in your timeline, with the audio. Then right click and unlink the footage. This will allow you to select the video and the audio separately giving you the advantage of taking away either one, in this case your audio.

Easier way if you don't want the audio in the timeline at all. In the time line unlink the a1 and a2 tabs. then drag video. You can do the same if you just want the video with Channel 1, link the a1 and not the a2. Only video and Channel 1.
