Super Jewelbox King

I bought some Super Jewelbox Kings, as I like the style better than the standard amaray case. However I did not realise creating an inlay or insert would be so difficult. With the Amaray, you just print on A4 DVD insert paper and slide it in. With this thing, there are specific measurements given for you to create the card from scratch. I got mine from www.sleevetown.com and they don't send you the inlays. www.jewelboxing.com sends you the inlays and costs lots more. Any ideas/suggestions?

I've always ordered from jewelboxing.com. Although, I also took the templates they give you and had a local press make more from those specs. Those inserts are perf'd on the folds so they fit the case. They're not that hard to setup in photoshop though.
