Could someone point me in the direction of a thread about contracts. I'm sure it already exists but I can't find it. I recently got screwed on a verbal agreement over editing some videos. Even though it was only over a couple hundred bucks, it was still annoying because I got shafted on the payment. I want to know if there's some kind of contract template that all filmmakers use or does this vary? Should I contact someone on the business or legal side of things for drawing up contracts. I was hoping you guys, being the great bunch of users that you are, could share your personal experience with contracts and where I can start building my own. Thanks for your time.
