Super Bowl XL predictions

As much as I would like to see "the bus" get his much deserved ring, my heart's with the boys from the pacific northwest this year....

Seattle - 35
Pittsburgh - 27

Should be a helluva game.

I predict over-priced commercials will, once again, steal the show.

Commercials: 56
Seahawks: 35
Steelers: 28

Come on, $2 million for 30 seconds?!?! Why don't they just give that money to some DVXusers and let them make a feature film?

A hell of an idea, PK

its nuts to think that seattle will score 35 on pittsburgh when the colts or denver (both arguably better teams than the seahawks) could not accomplish that.

Here are the headlines:

alexander gets his 100 yards but is kept out of the endzone

hasselback is sacked alll over the place until the start of the 4th quater and the steelers go ultra-conservative .....grrrrrrr

the bus gets his touchdown and the steelers win by the score of 28-17

Go Pitt

I'd like to see Bill get a ring. He deserves it.
Oh really?
Seriously, coming from a town where fans seem to expect a Super Bowl appearance, the grousing becomes unbearable when it doesn't happen. But here in Seattle, fans are just so grateful for the opportunity. It's refreshing. I do hope the Seahawks win, but . . . . BTW, there is no such bird as a Seahawk. It's actually a . . .anyone wanna guess? (I know, easy peasy.)

It's nuts, huh?

Too bad it wasn't the offense's in general, it was the offensive lines that got dominated and the hawks have the best offensive line in the game. No way, Pitt is getting to the QB as easy as they did.

It doesn't matter if you have Joe Montana as QB, if he ain't getting protection, its game over.

It's a whole new ballgame.
