Super 8 processing and scanning?

Found an old cartridge of Tri-X super 8 film in my attic. Shot in the mid 90's. Was wondering where I can send it to get it processed and scanned at a decent resolution?

Also found a roll of Vision 200 16mm I'm looking to do the same with. Not sure if there is anything on the 16mm film. It was shot around 2004-2005.

If quality is important, there is no other option, literally the best scanning for super8mm: http://cinelicious.tv

If cost is important, I felt the duo here is the best / most dedicated / affordable option that I could find that would scan super 8 to ProRes

I had 5 rolls from the '70s / '80s that were about 15min long, total cost was under $100 (including shipping both ways). I sent a SDHC card (maybe a card reader too) & got back 5 files of ProResHQ 720p24.

I don't know if it was Pro8mm or Cinelicious or someplace else, but I called a number of places & everywhere else was going to be more expensive, substantially more expensive. Like 5-10x more.

Which is great if you want to use the same guys that worked on the movie Super 8, or other big projects, so if you want that level of quality & bragging rights, open your check book.

The only other options I found were things like Costco which "scanned" to DVD. And IMHO DVD is not an option.

I don't know about where to process the film, but if I found a roll of unprocessed 8mm, I'd call Buck & Jennifer at Movette and see what they recommend. Very friendly & helpful.
