I just watched this for the first time. WTF did I just watch!? That movie was NUTS! I dug it though. I like Danny Boyle and Alex Garlund is a badass writer.:kali:
 
Definitely a good one. Excellent example of filmmaking, well done visual effects but not to the extent that it's just attacking the eyes with nothing to support it. There were a few things I didn't like, but I've seen worse. I'd like to have seen more emphasis on the psychology behind the insanity rather than an excuse to turn it into an action film at the end, which I think was done just to have a larger target market. And the single frame pictures when they go on the other ship were a... let's say 'interesting' touch.
 
great potential, but sadly turned into a mess at the end. As soon as "freddy Krueger" made his appearance, I was out
 
It didn't really take off for me. I guess I didn't see the big dynamic swings. It just kind of planed along on a relatively steady level. Cool movie but in the end feels flat dynamically.
 
Yeah, I so wanted this to be good but it just didn't work for me, by the end I was done with it, "mess" is a pretty good way to put it.
