Can anyone tell me where can I get the DVD? Been looking everywhere but just can't find it?

BTW this is Danny Boyle's movie.

The DVD was released over here last month. Great film. If you're desperate, send me some money and I'll send you one.

Man that movie played in like one theater for a week here. I wanted to see it but it came and left so quickly; was it any good?
 
The first 2/3 of it were brilliant, the last 1/3 left me with one thought on my mind - "WTF?". Worth seeing though.
 
I agree, the last act was horrible. They should have just focused on the task of saving mankind from extinction and how difficult their mission actually is. But, instead, they created a Hollywood-style third act that almost destroys the whole film. I said "almost" because the first two acts (as you said) were brilliant and that means a majority of the film was incredible.

I've watched the DVD probably 10 times already. It has separate commentaries from Danny Boyle and the science consultant for the film. Good stuff.
 
Did Boyle say anything about exactly wtf happend in the third act of the film?

I mean, it's almost mind boggling how such a (potentially) great film can take such a nosedive.
