sundance anamorphic?

[merc]

someone told me that sundance doesnt accept anamorphic movies into the festival.

that cant be true. i looked at their submission guidelines and it just said something about their preferred format due to their use of digital projection is: HDCAM, non anamorphic, ntsc.

anyone know?

I never head of it, but you do need to check on projection requirements.
