A lot of C300 MKIIs, Alexa Minis and even an EVA1. But the strange one is Captains of Zaatari, which lists an A7SIII. Either a very fast turnaround or they got a pre-production model?

Inspiration may have come from the film below which was a real Hollywood movie on the a7SII...so it's not as strange any more when someone before you has had success with a specific system...which is one of the main reasons ARRI is a monopoly-like company (so much success for hundreds of thousands where the camera choice is default).

Realized you're asking more about the availability and access...probably had one very early if true.

Most cameras are ready many months before they are sold in stores and some people get them by knowing people (per usual) so they can use them now and release the work later.

Also not too farfetched even if they obtained the camera in September (especially if deadlines were pushed or exceptions were made).
