Summer 2005 - Top Five Films to Watch?

XL70e3, yes, you keep guessing till the end who is it (i think in my case it was a post-CSI abusive month). But the reasons the killer gives are quite annoying... Don´t look for clues, there aren´t any. But yes, murders where funny; kinda dead like me...

About DOOM, last i heard is they wanted to take down the rating to 13 or something like this... I hope it was an April´s fool, cos then i´m not gonna get into the cinema even if they pay me...

Mindhunters was shot in 2002 and was a victim of the Miramax - Disney fallout.

I've seen so many trailers for this since like early 2003. It's about damn time it makes to theatres here. Mind you it's directed by Harlin, so I don't expect much out of it.

About Doom, I heard that too, but the Rock (not that he would know) said that there was no way it was going to be anything by R-rating (he was on a talk show or some snap).

You know, about Harlin. I don't think that he's fantastic, but I do think that he's talented. Most of the time he's working with a schiza script, but visually I usually enjoy his films---and yes, that includes Driven, The Exorcist: The Beginning (sucked, but visually had some nice stuff), and Cutthroat Island!

If they make Doom PG-13, I'll pull the trigger......The only thing worse would be to make the upcoming Silent Hill movie PG-13--release date?-->I'm so f'in psyched for this one!

1. Revenge of the Sith
2. Unleashed
3. Mr. and Mrs. Smith ??
4. War of the Worlds ??
5. Batman ??

I don't usually go to a theatre for drama - that translates well enough on the small screen. Well - that and lack of $$. ROTS because I have to go... but Unleashed because I want to go. Any R-rated martial arts beat-down with Jet is guaranteed to be worth admission.

no order...

1. Episode III (naturally)
2. Lords of Dogtown
3. Kingdom of Heaven
4. Unleashed
5. Serenity (even though its in sept, firefly is awesome.)

5. The Man
4. Herbie: Fully Loaded
3. Fantastic Four
2. The Devil's Rejects
1. Deuce Bigalow - European Gigalow

5. The Woods

4.High tension

3.Brothers Grimm

2. Howl's Moving Castle

I would've said 2046 for #1 but since i caved and bought the DVD..

1. Sympathy For Mr. Vengance

A Scanner Darkly

I've been waiting for a good Dick movie for years and Darkly is one of my favorite books.

Devil's Rejects as well. I loved House of 1000 Corpses. Quirky, fun and a great homage.

The only thing I can say about Star Wars is thank god that Lucas won't be making anymore films. They are unwatchable. I'll be missing that one.
