Suggestions on a T-shirt design

I'm getting shirts made for my crew. Any cool ideas for what I could put on them this time? Past designs usually involved our production company logo over a black shirt. The first ones said FILM CREW on the back.
I was thinking gray shirts this time. What would you want?
