Suggestion for Adapter for Rycote Pistol Grip to Hotshoe Mount?

Thanks for the reply, Chad

My problem with that is (as great as it does look) is that I already own the one I listed and was hoping to only drop maybe $20 or $30 if that much to get an adapter to use it with some shoe mount adapter

I'm trying to use this for the pistol grip to support my Senhessier ME66 w/k6 and then just a regular shoe mount adapter should work with the tascam (which the ME66 will be plugged into)

If there is a hole at the bottom of the pistol grip you could find either a 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 threaded piece to put in there. It seems that the Rycote stuff is very modular and can be disassembled .

You may be able to buy an InVision Video without the lyre: http://www.rycote.com/products/invision_video/
But really you will probably just need another thing that stays on your camera. The lyres are easy for removing a mic at least.

Check their accessories, and see if you could build something: http://www.rycote.com/products/accessoriesspares/ Or write them! They are very responsive, and may have an easy solution for you.
