Suggest sites to monitor for price dips on Ikan tripod kits

My reasoning for a tripod kit that's realistic to my situation and purposes keeps coming back full circle to this Ikan - E-Image EG06C2 2-Stage Carbon Fiber Tripod w/GH06 Fluid Head.
That being the case, I wouldn't mind keeping my eyes open for any price dip that came along between now and August. It would bug me if I bought one and a month later they go on sale somewhere.

I know there a a few online buyers groups but I don't think this package would pique the interest of enough of those people to ever pop up on a "wanted" list.
Any other suggestions on where I should be browsing or subscribing that could be in this category?

Check B&H's DealZone every night, sometimes they will have an equivalent to the above Manfrotto for a few hundred off (maybe more).

I've definitely seen the E-Image GH06 head for sale there, but not with those legs.
