I have no idea what's going on. I've been working with some footage and all has been well. I kept accidentally creating 24p sequences so just changed my setting in Easy Setup to 24pA so that I'd stop getting in my own way. Everything is silent now. The raw footage. The takes I've logged. The stuff in my sequences. The audio tool is flipping up and down in the green as though everything is playing normally. The audio on my computer is as high as it can go and I've gone from my speakers, to the computer's built in speaker to my headphones and there's no sound. My iTunes is playing everything at normal volume. I've checked all my settings in FCP and can't find anything that could possibly be causing the problem (though, I've probably overlooked something which is why I'm posting). I quit FCP and opened it up again and still no sound. The only thing I changed was my setting in Easy Setup. What's going on and how do I get sound again? Thanks.
