Successful Graphics Card for CS5?

Short of coughing up $700 for a "supported" GPU, has anyone had luck enabling Mercury Playback successfully in another card? (This would be with the CS5 Card Hack)

EDIT: I read the thread at the bottom of the link and found the info I was looking for. I will leave this link up because this CS5 hack seems to be quite useful!

$700? You can get a GTX285 for around $400 new, or just slightly more than $200 used.

I got a GTX470 and it works great - I paid around $350 at Best Buy. I would highly recommend it!

I have the GTS 250...that is not the same as the GTX 250, is it?
