Subtitle formatting with name/title key

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a short promotional doc that requires subtitles (and it's my first time working with subtitles). It's being shown in a tightly-scheduled fundraising event for a nonprofit, so I don't have a lot of room for establishing shots or introductions for my interview subjects. I'm struggling to figure out a good way to add in their names and titles without either taking up too much time or crowding the frame with text.

I was wondering if anyone has had some experience with this and could offer a little advice or creative solutions.

I really appreciate the help.

Sorry, I should have explained a little more. My problem is, based on how much content they want me to fit in this thing, someone's almost constantly talking and so there's almost constantly subtitles on screen.

lower thirds in the upper portion of the screen. 20-30% of the top, 0% from the left?
Yup.

I'm working on a film that needs subtitles at the moment, and that's basically what I'll be doing. My subs are all left-aligned, so i'll be putting names/titles in the upper right, although the framing in some shots might require me to move it. Kind of a pain, but it's nothing compared to the pain of typing out thousands of subtitles!
