submitting to Fuse and mtv2?

Hey does anyone have any info on what formats a video should be in to submit to either of these networks. I know the standard is digibeta or beta SP but someone said something to me about it needing to be closed captioned which didnt make sense to me. Has anyone done this before? Thanks.

manglerBMX, hey man cool site, ever ride with Leigh Ramsdell? i think he is still living in NC. I use to ride with him now and then when he lived with Van Homan up here in philly. he was a cool dude.
 
ManglerBMX, how did you get your work to be viewed on MTV2? I will be shooting a music video next Month (January) and I know I need to get my videoa aired on MTV2 for sure to be able to get some nice exposure. Do you have any tips or ways to get this achieved?
 
yeah i ride with leigh, i've known him for a long time now. he's quite a character. as far as getting stuff on mtv2, i had some live footage of a band and some pr guy called me and wanted that footage, i think about 3 seconds were actually shown of my stuff, but i basically got lucky and sense then i've given him more stuff, i dont know whats been shown, i never watch tv much anymore, but pretty much being right place at the right time.
