Hi everyone,
I'm using Vegas and Pluraleyes 2 to sync a 4 camera shoot I did this past weekend, but I have question about the "allow subframe offset" option. I know that by checking this Vegas will think that the audio is out of sync by turning my footage pink, but isn't that true though? By allowing subframe offsetting, Pluraleyes can achieve a great sync with my onboard mics to my external recorder, but the onboard audio is now offset from the footage. Doesn't this automatically mean that all the videos' original audio is now out of sync since they're not lined up together in Vegas? I mean, Pluraleyes was able to sync the onboard mics with my external recorder, but at the expense of offsetting the onboard audio from the footage. I'm probably missing something here, but how does this work?
