If you are referring to my post, I firstly didn't call you any names and secondly my post was not meant to be insulting. It is clear from your own words that you are a bit confused about the subject so I don't need to present anything to "prove your not understanding", you have done that yourself. However if you feel you have a thorough undertanding of the subject then that's great, so you can forget about my post, as it was only there as a suggestion to help.
 
I'm a newbie here and please correct me if I'm worng- Didn't Orson Welles DP go to great lengths to make sure "everything was in focus" during much of Citizen Kane?.
Just think how much easier it would have been if he just used a stock DVX100b.....:)
