stupid driving question lol!

I need to make shots of pretty girl driving. But she have no dl! Lol. Its possible to cheat? Show car moving but can't see driver? Then show parked and girl gets out? Anyone try it? I don't have money to rent trailer. And has to be in daylight. No night.
One idea is use body double, just show her back.

Put the car in neutral and push from behind. The. She just steers wheel. Teach her to use brake though.

Body double. Just shoot so you can't identify her. Hollywood does it all the time. Sometimes even with men in wigs and uh...other female accoutrements : )
