I've got a small video / photo production studio in the Culver City Arts District that I'm looking to share with other filmmakers on a long term basis.
The studio features a 14 foot green screen cyc wall, 9' photo backdrops, lounge, make up station, private bathroom, multiple desks, heating, AC, and a decent size outdoor area.
I currently rent the space out to individual productions and shoots, but I would like to find a few consistent, long term users. For example, a photographer that needs regular studio time, a production that needs a home base for a few months, a youtuber that wants to up their game, etc. Not necessarily for every day use, but maybe say 1-2 times per week.
