Strong but cheap tripod head

I'm looking for a super cheap tripod head to use to hold a slider (with my nicer 501 fluid head going on the slider itself)

I was wondering if anyone knew of a very strong but cheap tripod? I figure they could be out there since it wouldn't need fluid drag or anything.
