Stripping a sequence presets...editing HDV footage with DVCproHD

SO I am mixing HDV footage and my HPX's 1080i/60 footage.
and I'm using Final Cut....

I edited the piece (silly me) in an HDV sequence but I need to get it to either a DVCpro HD or ProRes sequence to fix the fact that my HPX footage is being scaled up.

Can someone help me out?

What do I need to do to make sure it all goes in right? ...because copying and pasting isn't enough....

so I think I am answering my own question. I right clicked on my sequence in the bin went to settings and changed it to dvcproHD...then I highlighted all the HPX footage and removed the motion attribute to get rid of the scalling....I think that covers it unless anyone can think of anything else....?
