Ok so i have to export a video file for streaming on an ftp. the original is an mpeg file that is 500mb. the client wants it to look good but be quick (of course)
I have played around with the quicktime presets in ppro1.5 (very limeted) and nothing is satisfactory. I have wmencoder 9 and it seems decent. but i want it in quicktime as well as windows and any other suggestions that you might have.

please get back to me this is urgent
I have after effects also if that would help (i doubt it)

Render out the files as DV-avi's and buy the license to QuickTime Pro and encode your files to QuickTime files. Great results, small file sizes, great for streaming, cheap license for QuickTime Pro. :)

The H.264 codec is just great!
