Hi guys, i'm just finishing up and edit in FCP6 and the audio track that i am using has developed a strange static/electric buzz at a certain point within the track, it is literally a quick burst but it ruins the track. It only appears when the track is in the timeline and not when played in the Viewer. i tried replacing the track with a different version and it continues to occur.... i have tried muting the rest of the audio and the same with the audio track and it only occurs when playing the track...
What could be causing this??

EDIT: i tried moving the track further along the timeline to see if it was a fault with the audio track or perhaps some interference from the video/audio and it still occurs at the same point in the VIDEO and it doesn't happen at the previous point within the track.
EDIT EDIT: I tired muting the audio of the video and that has worked! I don't need that audio anyway so i will remove it. If anybody does have any ideas of why this was happening though, please do share for future reference!
