Strange Export issue

I just finished exporting some videos for a client, but all the footage came out a few seconds off -I think there is a timecode issue, but I'm not sure where: in my DVX, my 1-chip deck or in FCP. I'm recapturing right now with the same TC in and out.

If that doesn't work, I'll try printing to tape, and then recapturing my final edits...

Any thoughts?
 
No, the video that gets exported is not what is in the timeline...it is 210 frames behind, so the exported video is a bunch of blurry shaky shots that do not correspond with my edit...
