Strange error when burning 24P to DVD at 23.97...29.97 works though...

I get this strange error when I'm trying to burn 24P footage to a DVD, with the frame rate set as 24. However, when I burn it to 29.97 then it has no problem and it burns perfectly.

Should I be burning 24P footage as 29.97 FPS? Is this normal? Will not the video playback slightly fast?

I have Adobe Premiere Pro 2.

It's a bug in the main concept encoder. I've been through this with Adobe. They say that the bug revolves around a design issue where the video goes out at 23.976, but the audio goes out at 29.9 - it conflicts and gives that error. They are working on it - look for a fix on the Adobe website - who knows when. 29.9 works fine.
