I am using FCP 6 and editing 24pA 1080 footage from my HVX200
my movie is complete and ready for burning/exporting....but whenever I play the film back, certain audio and music parts will suddenly drop down in volume, then back up...or suddenly pop up in volume for a split second then drop down...
thing is, it seems to be random, I'll play the film and hear a problem then when I replay that part, the problem is gone. And it happens only every 1 out of 4 or so playbacks..
so I figured it was a playback issue only, then when I burned my dvd, sure enough the "blips" in audio were there!
I even tried deleting the problem audio tracks and putting new ones without any fades or effects(EQ's and such) on them...and the same "blips" and dropouts from the old deleted tracks played anyway, as if FCP remembered an saved them.
anyone have this problem and know how to solve it? or simply have advice on how I could get rid of these audio "blips" and dropouts. (I call them "blips" because thats what they sound like, if you say "blip" really loud and fast. ha )
thanks a bunch
EDIT >> nevermind, I just copied the sequence onto a new timeline/sequence and it solved the problem. ...it's like my old timeline was currupted or something.
