Straight out of the Truman Show

Somewhere else it was written that she knew the situation before she went in the house and she was aware that her father might pass away while in the game.

i read that the producers told all the contestants that someone's close family member had died. in order to find out who, they all have to agree to eat peanut butter for a week.

Yeah it's been all over the news down here. It's hard to believe but apparently her father didn't want his death to interupt her BB experience, and the family have honoured his wishes. Mind you, I reckon she's gonna be mightily peeved when she leaves the house and finds out they didn't tell her.

Personally I couldn't care less, Big Brother and Australian Idol are pretty much solely responsible (on top of commercials) for me not watching TV at all anymore. I can't stand them.

The headline makes it look worse than it is. From what I read it looks like the producers are honouring her fathers and her families wishes. So I don't see anything wrong with this.
