So the larger the frame rate, the more light required, let's say we've got an interview scene or whatever and they say no instead of 24 let's do 30 or maybe 60, how much light am I losing for each of these? Thanks !!!

Well, the thing is, if your shutter speed is the same, you don't lose anything. If your shutter speed is relative to the frame rate, that's when you'll be losing sensitivity.

At 1/60, 24p = 30p = 60p for sensitivity, at least on an HMC150.

If you're talking about using a 180-degree shutter, then yes, from 24p to 30p you'll lose 1/4 stop, and from 30p to 60p will lose a full stop.
