Where could i get stock footage(animated or filmed) of the inside of the human body? I need some examples of things like cell devision, Lungs, cancerous pollups on the inside of the colon... Royalty free would be nice but i can pay for the use if i need to. Any ideas? Thanks

Check with your local hospital and see if they have any footage. Or try some of the big hospitals like John's Hopkins, Mayo, MD Anderson...they may have what you need and may give you a break if it is for a non-profit or school project.
 
Thanks for the links. There were a few i could use but i couldn't find any 3D model of the lungs or anything like that. Moonwind, i may act on your suggestion. This is for non- profit, so I may try talking to bigger hospitals. I have already contacted my local hospital but they had nothing. Thanks again.

it's funny you should ask! how soon do you need it? check this; (sory if i'm revealing too much here, but I find this fascinating) I had this test today: http://www.givenimaging.com/Cultures/en-US/given/english
so this pill with it;s own interior transmitter, video camera and led lights, travelled through my miles of, er, intestines today, and made a movie which it transmitted to a wireless hard drive i had to have on a belt pack for 8 hours, and voila, i have a movie of my intestines (though, luckily, I think they're normal, so maybe not suited for your needs). In exchange for a dvd of the final product, I'll see if I can get a dvd from my doc for you if you're interested.
