Stock footage?

[Jarrett P. Morgan]

I am filming a music video and the artist really wants to work in disaster footage from Haiti and Chile into the video (it is a song based on Psalm 46, which is "be still and know that I am God")
Does anyone know where I can find good footage?
preferably cheap or free, because this is a zero budget production....

Thanks so much!!
