Hey I was wondering if anyone can quickly explain the best way to export videos out of After Effects in the best looking way possible, or how to export the entire video the way i edited back to Premiere?

Thanks and sorry if i missed something about this...

This following is for uncompressed output:
-Project setting (Ctrl + Alt + Shfit + K) to 32 bpc
-Select your comp Composition>Make Movie ( Ctrl + M)
-Go to Render Queue ( Ctrl + Alt + 0)
Output Module:
Format: QuickTime Movie
Compresstion type: Animation
Quality: Best

or you can use Format: TIFF sequence
Format Options LZW Compression

Good luck..

depending on what editing software you are using if you are using one, Apple's Animation compression can cause hiccups (color differences, brightness, etc.). This is mostly apparent in AVID.
I would use Uncompressed to be safe but Animation is good is you're on a Mac and editing on a MAC.
