Still havent heard back about internship, what to do.

So about a month ago I applied for an internship through the site Production Hub for the Fireball Run as a PA for Universal Studios. Thing is I still haven't heard back from them and the day of the actual production is spetember 20th! Thats like 15 days so I'm getting a little worried. The production hub website has an option to direct message them so I did that yesterday asking about when I should hear back and hopping to get a response but am still worried. There is no other contact info given on the listing. It also says not to call them as it will be taking as I can not follow instructions. What should I do?

After a month, it is perfectly acceptable to re-contact them and ask about the status of the position. And you are correct.........follow the instructions. If it says do not call......don't call. You probably won't know who to talk to there anyway. Universal is a huge place.

Since you already did so, I won't discuss the language and tone of the email that I would have used.
