Still getting the MFing "error" message

Okay. I've been all through this forum. I've been using Vegas 6.0 for a year now, and never have I had any problems until now. I have the 1 hour, 45 min graduation video shot mostly in 60i, and some broll in 24pA, again, 24PA, both rendered to 24p avi with the 2-3 pulldown, then inserted into a 24p timeline. Am I still f-ing up, or is there something else. I keep getting about 80 or so % into the render to 24p mpeg-2 DVD template for burning, until it stops and says "an unexpected error occured while writing file, cause is unknown." WTF!!!!!!! Tell me I am an idiot and there is a simple way to cure this. Or is Vegas not perfect after all. Help or I am forced to try APP 2.0.

One time i had this error, but fixed it by saving the .veg file, then importing the.veg file into a new project then redering. not sure if it'll cure it but worth a try

Nevermind, figured it out. See I'm not a big cpu guy, just an artist as they say. But I realized the files were stopping at 3.99 gigs, so I optimized the hard drive to NTFS not FAT32. Lucky assumption I think. On another note, during burning in architect it keeps stopping to have me choose a layer break, but I can't do anything, so I just cancel. What do I do there. If it's not one thing it's the next.
