i have a 519 fluid head manfrotto and i find that it sticks a bit at the start of a tilt and the start of a pan....what can i do about this....i have it balanced for my dvx100b and the tension settings are pretty high (6-7)....should i loosen them off....do i need to really work the head good by moving it all around before i start shooting...i'd be greatful for any advice because i find it very frustrting to have this problem with such an expensive tripod....but it pobably has more to do with the operator than the equipment i hope
