I have a DVX100A & B. with a Cavision Matte Box. In order for the Matte Box to work I have a Cavision AR8572 Adapter Ring which steps up the lens from 72mm to 85mm. In conjuntion with the Cavision Rubber Adaptor Ring, these two keep the space between the lens and the matte box sealed.
The DVX100A is not obstructed by any of these attachments. The DVX100B, however, when zoomed all the way out, can see the step up ring in the corners of the viewfinder. Can the DVX100B see more than the A? Does the "B" have a wider lens?
