stencil filter

Is there a filter in Vegas that give a pencil outline? I can't find it if it's there. What's it called? Makes the video look like a pencil sketch.

If you want to do it entirely in Vegas, I have an article on DMN called: How to Make Video Look Like a Pencil Sketch in Vegas that will show you how to do this. We have added this as a Special FX in VASST Ultimate S2 so that you can accomplish it in one click. We also sell Edge Detective which has different algorithms for find edges. Finally, there is the Line Drawing plug-in from the NewBlue Art Effects from NewBlueFX. Any of these should do what you want.
