For a bunch of metal (or rather ABS resin)... that thing is pretty sexy! :-X

And for $600, if it is that versatille (considering of course if it actually handles in all positions nicely)!

I saw one of these at Fujiya in Tokyo and I suggest you forget about it. It's got a real cheap, plastic feel. The handle is questionably strong enough and stable enough for real control. Balance is also a bit rough. There are better stablizers out there for the money.

Did you see the exact same model or did you just see a similar product?

I'd like to hear more feedback from anyone who has used this model (or a better one you can recommend).
