steadicam merlin in narrative film - examples?

i was wondering if anyone knows of any example films or scenes where a steadicam merlin was used in an actual narrative movie (most likely independent, as they'd be shot with a1's or hvx's and no adapters...) - if anyone knows of such movies / scenes, i'd love to check them out.

I dont know of one, but why does it need to be a Merlin? A Merlin, properly balanced and operated will be indistinguishable from any other stabilizer.

I know you are in the market for a Merlin so that's why you ask, but whatever results you see on "film" are mostly the operator, not the rig.

(Not to discount the importance of rig.)

the reason i asked about the merlin is that it would require the user to work with its specific limitations

use a camera that balances on it

remove the adapter if using it and match the footage to the rest of the scene

work shots with deeper depths of field into the rest of the film when using the merlin

and naturally all of this with an indie film budget / environment

These aren't Merlin issues.

Movies shot with adapters are not all shot 100% with adapters. Matching is no problem. Not every shot in every movie has crazy shallow DOF. At most you will have to match the added grain added by the adapter.

So, really, you are just looking for films shot on cameras small enough to work on a Merlin.

Here is a list of films shot with a DVX: List.

Then of course you can search any other camera you might be interested in.

But it's not a Merlin issue, it's a camera issue.
