I've seen companys like BlinkInk, RSA, and so many more they have a roster of directors, film makers etc, all of whom they represent? So I assume they signed them and all work goes through their respesctive management company and then to the director etc? If you're trying to do something similar but on a smaller scale what is the process you need to go through, the contracts needed, the compensation, etc etc?

Anyone have any knowledge on this subject?

How do you sign talent to your team?
