AAHHH I can't wait. Whether the movie sucks or not the trailer rocked. They are also talking about the movie being rated PG-13..first ever.
 
That Trailer was freakin awesome. Man, I have high hopes for this one. Did you see how fast palpatine was on top of Mace? That's gonna be one wicked fight.
 
Great trailer, really makes me want to see it (despite the fact that I didn't like the first two prequels). You never know, it could be good...

WOah! Dude, I will admit, I really didn't the first two that much but this one looks phucken tight!! The visuals looks incredible!! The CG , well of course ILM, but dam, they went all out in this one. YOu have to understand that this is digital baby! You at least have to give Lucas credit on that. He's representing digital. Definetly a must see!

They got every human and species in this but I still see no Asians. :)
 
whoa...it looks way better then the previous 2...maybe lucs will final get it right (or close to it). it only took 2 fricken movies! they should remake 1 and 2.

actually do you remember the first movie with the trade federation peeps...they had that sterotypical asian voice...didnt they?
 
Yeah they are talking this movie might be rated PG-13 too which would be the first star wars ever to do so.
 
I cropped that divx torrent video and compressed it a bit. Though Premiere and TMPgen wouldn't recognize the format and Squeeze kept failing to compress it to .mov, so the end result is mp4 - you'll need latest Quicktime player.

I caught it before Robots tonight (which should definately be seen....seriously!) and it does indeed look mighty bad ass, but the trailer had too many signigant spoilers!

SPOILERS BELOW!

For instance, they showed us way to much of Palpy and Anikin talking about the dark side, gave away too much about how thats going to go down, and also the Jedi trying to arrest him and him whipping out the saber. Finally, I wish I hadnt seen Anikin as a Sith leading the clone troopers to hunt down the Jedi with the declaration that the Jedi were now enemies of the Republic. Of course, if you cut out all that, you wouldnt have much of a trailer. I thought the first trailer was all that needed to be said before the movie. There is nothing else on Earth like seeing a Star Wars movie for the first time and not knowing whats going on yet.

I am presently going on a strict diet of chlorophil and Tai Chi, trying to perfect my bodily vibration control to facilitate being able to travel through time at will.....hoping to see Episode III no later than April 23rd. I just cannot wait. If Nuclear War wipes out humanity before May 19th, I want God to give me a refund on life.
 
I had this idea that Lucas could have done more with episode 1, instead of spending so much time on the pod race, it should've had more expanded universe characters and ran more like a chronological/historical epic and not focused so much on the boy Anakin,...

but now that i said that maybe it is important to have focused on Anakin. oh well. that's the story i guess. ...
 
They are having a private screening on the 12 or 13th of May in modesto. Lucas approved of the early screening. tickets are like 500 bucks! hell no! I rather wait 8 hours in line and pay the $8.75. But I might get an early sneak peak!!
