Star Wars perspective text crawl

[KingVidiot]

It may already be listed in the bowels of this site, but I'm kind of in a hurry for the soluton.

What settings/transition/whatever is the best way (or the easiest) to create the great perspective text crawl for the opening credits of all of the Star Wars movies?

Thanks much ahead of time!
