Has anyone spent time standing at your NLE workstation? Any caveats?

Thinking about investigating this, if you have pictures of your setup please share, thanks!

I've done it by stacking boxes to raise my monitor and keyboard, although I prefered to spend half the day standing and the other half sitting. The Ergotron standing desks are really good options; here's a review of the Ergotron Workfit-S.

You'll want really comfortable shoes or a mat to stand on. Also, make sure you can elevate your monitor to match your height.

Ya, I like having a standing desk a lot. I also have a sitting desk (with a different computer) and alternate between the two. I've worked places with motorized desks; that's the way to go IMO.

A friend bought six for his design firm from this company (I saved the address since I'll eventually buy a powered desk). They've had them for a few years now; still working (at least, I don't hear complaints):

IKEA also again has some sit/stand desks, though I don't know how long the gears/motor will last:
