Stabilizer for DSLR - Which and how?

Hello guys. I have two questions about stabilizers.

First is, which one would you recommend for a DSLR? Merlin?

Second is, i guess that it takes sometimes to balance it and to get it right, so how do/would you do when you want to change lens and shot with the stabilizer? I imagine you wouldn't do it because it would take much time to balance it
with the new lens?

This seems to be a good product and Emm does a great job of explaining how to balance it:

I bought a cheaper version without an adjustable gimbal, so it isn't as good as the one in the video, but I can balance it quickly using the technique shown.
