Stabilizer Blueprints

Does that book have "blue prints" or just a how to, My dad is a welder and he was tellin me if I can get him blue prints he can put anything together. So you think that book is worth getting to make a stabilizer?
 
More like instructions as opposed to blueprints. I have the book and, if memory serves, there's nothing in it that requires welding. I like the book, as it is very detailed in listing reqired parts and assembly instruction. The stablilzer in it looks good, although I haven't built one. It has 2 cranes, a car mount, a dolly, and a bunch of other stuff as well.
