Stabilize handheld

I remember seeing a tutorial on this a while ago, but can't remember where it was. Basically I'm trying to stop the handheld jitters as much as possible on some wedding footage i shot. Shot using the HVX200. Not real bad, but if I can smooth it out, I would like to. Any suggestions, or if someone has fixed this kind of problem, let me know
