Squeezed faces

Hi , I have a Canon A1 and I normally shoot 24f 1080 HDV. I captured using 1080p24,
Fc setting is 1080p24. I export using compresor or quicktime export for DVD PRo. It is for Ntsc.

Now the question. Why am i getting every one's faces squeezed and overweighted.
Am I missing something.

when you select export using compressor, check the video info in compressor before you do the export. it will give you all the information and if something doesn't look right to you, you can change it.

I forgot to say that it only looked squeezed on the tv, it is horizontally squeezed on the computer display before I send it to DVD PRo, which I think is correct. I'll will post a screenshot anyway.

Roy, you on an HDTV? Sounds like the its the TV'S fault and you can change that. Just grab the controller, and play with the size setting. Theres a button on my HDTV and i play with it to get WIDE, WIDEZOOM, NORMAL, all these different settings.
