Squeeze effect when attempting to Pan due to Flip on Track Motion?

Well the title says it all guys... I have flipped footage I am flipping vertically on the Track Motion for all my Video Tracks, sometimes also Flipping it Horizontally... now, my problem is not knowing how to prevent this flip from my Track Motion settings to make my attempts at panning in the Event Pan/Crop tool from becoming a squeeze of the image in the same direction.
 
Can't you just avoid using track motion and do you flips and pans in the pan/crop tool?
 
I could, but it would have to be one by one... the only other thing I thought of is to render them all over again. And that's just way worse anyway... Thanks for looking into it Drew!

Oh, and David... an other quick embarrassing question. Where did you change the placing of the cursor on the time line to make it audio samples and back to absolute frames?
 
oh! yea, right there... yes, I understand... it is only for more precise audio fades, I won't touch the video tracks in that mode. Thanks!
