Spy Cam/Hidden Cam needed for documentary

...for candid conversations and shots. Obviously, permission will be obtained, but I am in need of a high quality, body worn camera and recorder.

I am shooting the doc with my Panasonic HVX200a, Sony EX1, and Canon 5d2. Quality is of concern, I would like to best option for the buck. After looking extensively, there are a million little spy cam shops online, just not sure where to even start. So many of these things shoot 240 or 320 lines. Definitely like to at least get 480 out of it. Mainly for quick inserts to complete the story.

Does anyone have experience with any of these shops or outlets? Seems Adorama, my favorite place to shop, doesn't have them....neither does B&H, unless I'm looking in the wrong spot. I'm pretty innovative, so it doesn't need to be built into anything, I can do that after purchase. Just want a decent quality and very discreet body worn cam and recorder/DVR.

Thanks!!!

I just realized there is a much better name for them...the POV cams:) There are some very interesting, albeit expensive options for HD. I didn't even realize high rez video was available in such a small package. Just reading about a fella shooting in a WWII aircraft with the Sony HXRMC1 and able to cut in perfectly with his EX3.
Does anyone know if Panasonic offers a POV/Spy type cam? I wasn't able to find anything through their site, but I'm very much ignorant to these types of cameras....anyone with any experience shooting with these?

At this year's NAB Panasonic announced a POV cam, the AG-HMR10. I don't think it is shipping yet, but it your search the pany sight for that product number you might fine out if it will be available and if it would meet your needs.
